Terms & Conditions for Facilitator Proposals
By submitting a proposal to Architect Dreamin’ 2026 USA, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a high-quality, engaging, and consistent experience for all attendees and facilitators.
1. In-Person Participation
All sessions are in-person only.
Virtual, hybrid, or pre-recorded participation is not permitted.
Facilitators must be present on site for the full duration of their scheduled session.
2. Facilitation Format
Architect Dreamin’ sessions are not presentations or lectures.
Each session must be designed as a facilitated, interactive experience—such as a design lab, roundtable, or collaborative solution clinic.
Facilitators are expected to guide discussion, encourage participation, and ensure all voices are heard.
Traditional slide-based talks, keynotes, or product demos will not be accepted.
3. Session Content & Materials
Each accepted facilitator must provide any slides, visual aids, or supporting materials no later than two (2) weeks before the event.
All materials should reflect Architect Dreamin’ values: real-world relevance, Salesforce-centric focus, and collaboration-first engagement.
Facilitators grant Architect Dreamin’ permission to use submitted materials (slides, diagrams, session summaries, and photos) for event promotion, recap posts, and educational sharing with attendees.
4. Code of Conduct
Facilitators agree to uphold the Architect Dreamin’ Code of Conduct, maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.
Sales pitches, recruitment, or vendor-driven content are strictly prohibited.
5. Logistics & Timing
Sessions are 50 minutes long, including discussion and wrap-up.
Facilitators must arrive at their session room at least 10 minutes before start time to test equipment and ensure readiness.
Architect Dreamin’ reserves the right to adjust session timing or placement within the agenda as needed.
6. Recording & Photography
Sessions may be photographed or recorded for community sharing.
By participating, facilitators consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of such media by Architect Dreamin’ for non-commercial, community purposes.
7. Acceptance & Communication
Submitting a proposal does not guarantee selection.
Facilitators will be notified via email upon acceptance and will receive guidance for session preparation, logistics, and promotion.
